Hi, I'm Ellis Posner. Socalistings is my online Real Estate Brand used both on this website, Facebook and elsewhere online. In fact you, you may have started out on one of my hyper local blog sites such as 90278realestate.com and after you did a property search you wound up here on Socalistings.
I'm a full time Real Estate Agent in the LA area and I work with Buyers and Sellers in all price ranges. You can scroll down to see a sample of some (but not all) of the properties I've sold.
Whether you are a first time buyer or are selling a muti-million dollar luxury property I would love the opportunity to work with you.
Choosing the agent to represent you is quite possibly the single most important decision you will make in the buying or selling process. My recommendation is to interview a few agents to decide who is the best fit for your personality and objectives.
My goal is to use my lifetime of experience to help my clients achieve extraordinary results. Customer satisfaction means everything to me which is why all of your interaction is with me directly - not an assistant or team member.
There is a difference in Realtors and a reason that I am constantly ranked in the top 1% on Zillow and Trulia with over 80 Five Star Reviews on each site.
But don't take my word for it, here's what some clients have said.
We found Ellis probably like a lot of potential home buyers are going to discover him. He was the best rated and reviewed agent on Zillow. We first contacted him when we were in Florida. Even though we weren't even in town yet, he was fast and responsive. After briefly describing our situation of what we are looking for over the email, we called him. As a first time home buyer, i had a lot of questions and wanted to be double sure i get the best deal possible despite my lack of experience in real estate. He gave us overall information about the area of my interest and narrowed downed potential list for us. He is very knowledgeable and available when you need him. Most importantly, once you start working with him, you will start to realize that he really genuinely wants the best for the client and does more than his required duty as an agent to help you out. While i was initially little cautious to trust him 100 percent, i've grown to trust him after seeing on multiple occasions that he doesn't mind getting assertive and sometimes almost offensive to fight on your behalf to get you a better deal. He know the art of negotiating and realizes when to be assertive and when to play safe. It is truly a blessing to have an agent like him to fight for you and do all the heavy lifting for you to make home purchasing experience as painless as possible.
Ellis was exactly what we needed in a real estate agent. As first time home buyers we had a ton of questions about every part of the process. Ellis went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything from A to Z. He first day he started off by showing us ten different homes. Even though he knew that some of these homes were not what we were looking for, he wanted to make sure that we had a full grasp of all the different options available in the South Bay..as well as the associated price differences (tall and skinny, detached, etc). Once we narrowed down the kind of home we were looking for, Ellis was great at sending us new home listings the second they became available. We were able to see a house, discuss all of its pros/cons, and submit an offer before many people had even looked at it. Ellis will be as involved as you need him to be in the home buying process. I was amazed at how quickly Ellis answered my questions almost any time of the day (I'm still wondering if he ever sleeps). He also has an uncanny ability to evaluate exactly what a given house is worth and what the winning bid is likely to be (which comes in very handy when deciding how much you want to offer). At the same time, he will never push you to buy a certain house just because it looks good on paper. He knows that the decision ultimately comes down to you. You really have to love the home that you're buying. Ellis has the perfect blend of experience, charisma and class that you're unlikely to find anywhere else.
Honestly I wasn't supposed to meet Ellis. I had called a different agent that was the primary name listed on a house I was interested in and when that first agent didn't respond back after a few attempts, Ellis was the next person to call on the list. He picked up on the first try. We were destined to work together from the beginning. That first phone call was on a Saturday and even though he was busy he took the time to research and found out info about that house that wasn't even his listing. That whole weekend I kept texting him about that house and each time he would respond back right away and with lots of advise and info. His patience, knowledge, generosity of his time and responsiveness were the qualities that made me hire him as my agent amongst many other candidates (e.g. our previous agent and even some friends that are in the industry). His dedication to us has been astounding and far exceeds any other person I've dealt with in the customer service world. If I saw a listing, I'd text him a picture and he'd be on it within 15 minutes. One time he got the code and showed my husband and I a place at 8 in the evening. Once, I sent a text late at night with a question thinking he'd get it first thing in the morning and he still responded back! Also the way he advised us made us feel like he was really out there fighting for us and had our best interest at heart. I have never questioned his abilities or intentions and the level of trust that has grown for him make us consider him one of our dearest friends. I will never go to another agent again! Ellis, you are an amazing agent and person and I'm so glad that other agent didn't call me back that day. Thank you for everything, all the time.
