Below is an example report for the Beach Cities (Manhattan, Hermosa, Redondo) using live data that will refresh and update whenever you visit this page. You can do one city at a time or select multiples as in the report. You can also limit it to a certain property type such as Condos - Townhomes.

For the example report below we are looking at 20 listings at a time and a 30 day time frame. In some situations it makes more sense to look at 60 days, 90 days or even 180 days.

The first section are currently active listings, followed by properties under contract (meaning in escrow) and finally the sold properties during the defined search period.

Under each section you will see category summaries. You can toggle to the next list in any section and then drill down to a specific property to learn more.
