Mar Vista is located just east of Marina Del Rey, south of Venice and west of Culver City. Some of the properties with 90066 zip codes actually are Culver City but most of Mar Vista is in the City of Los Angeles.
As prices have gone up substantially in the adjacent neighborhoods over the last few years, Mar Vista is enjoying a resurgence of its own. In some MLS feeds the area is referred to as Palms - Mar Vista.
