If you are thinking of buying a home in MDR, other than price, one of the first decisions you’ll have to make is east or west of Lincoln and SFR or Condo / Townhome.
East of Lincoln are the newer loft style properties on Glencoe and Redwood. There’s also the older gated communities near Alla.
West of Lincoln are the 3 steel and glass condo buildings, the Azzurra, Regatta, and Cove. Because these buildings are much taller than anything surrounding them, many units have ocean or city views and some have both.
And then there’s also options on Washington Blvd.
